Different volunteer groups, most of late high school or early college age, arrived weekly through three summers. Except for electrical and plumbing,  they have built everything--renovating the old house (now red),  ten 8'x12' tiny houses capable of accommodating two residents, and a two-room addition for food storage and a toilet/shower/laundry.  Their energy and eagerness to learn more than compensated for lack of experience.
